Bernard Boire est diplômé en génie industriel et il détient un baccalauréat ainsi qu'une maîtrise en sciences appliquées de l'École Polytechnique de Montréal. Sa carrière, de près de 30 ans en consultation opérationnelle et stratégique auprès d’entreprises manufacturières l’a amené à travailler avec de grandes firmes de conseil en gestion, tant internationale (Coopers & Lybrand) que locale (Raymond, Chabot, Grant, Thornton), de technologie (Groupe DMR) et d’ingénierie (Walsh Automation).
Il est fondateur et associé principal de Convitec Conseil en management inc. Depuis 10 ans, il enseigne la gestion de l’exploitation et l’analyse de performance dans des universités et anime des ateliers de développement professionnel pour des firmes de conseil.
