Eddy Cloutier est un ingénieur gradué de l’École Polytechnique de Montréal en 2003. Spécialisé en efficacité énergétique depuis 15 ans, il a réalisé de nombreux projets dans différentes provinces. Depuis dix ans, il est Directeur – Développement durable et efficacité énergétique chez Bouthillette Parizeau et il participe à de nombreux projets et études visant la réduction des émissions de GES dans le secteur du bâtiment.
