With a bachelor's degree in communications and politics from the Université de Montréal, Nour has 4 years' experience in digital and event communications and in writing and producing engaging content. She has demonstrated a remarkable ability to develop and implement communication strategies that captivate and engage diverse audiences.

LAURE PARIS-HURNI
Genium360 is proud to announce the appointment of Laure Paris-Hurni to its permanent staff as Senior Advisor, Communications and Marketing.
Laure holds a Master's degree in communications from ISCOM, the Institut Supérieur de Communication et Publicité in Paris, as well as a DESS in communications from the Université de Montréal.
With over 8 years' experience in marketing and communications, she has demonstrated remarkable expertise in creating and implementing innovative strategies, managing large-scale projects and developing effective digital and advertising campaigns. Her career has been marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence and a proven ability to deliver tangible results.
Her ability to combine creativity, collaboration and strategic analysis will be essential in supporting Genium360's growth and development objectives. Laure is also keen to collaborate with other players in the ecosystem to boost the social impact of the engineering community.

ERIC KENZEY
Genium360 is proud to announce the appointment of Eric Kenzey as Salesforce Administrator. Eric’s new role at Genium360 is the fruition of a multifaceted professional career comprising an impressive series of learning curves and the development of in-depth expertise in the fields of advertising operations, data management, business intelligence and digital transformation.
After a degree in pharmacy and 16 years’ experience in the field, where he gained a wide range of experience, Eric broadened his horizons in 2014, becoming an advertising operations specialist, contributing significantly to major accounts at Québecor Media, a Canadian communications leader.
His effective management of customer campaigns, his facility with numbers, and his leadership were key elements in his advancement over 10 years with the company. During that time, he held a variety of roles, including Head of Customer Campaign Management, Head of Digital Commercial Monetization and, among others, Customer Relationships Manager (CRM).
His passion for challenges inspired him to get involved with a non-profit organization like Genium360, where he can exercise and broaden his skills in the service of the engineering community.

CARL BÉLANGER, P.Eng, MBA
Genium360 is pleased to announce the appointment of Carl Bélanger, P.Eng, MBA, to its Board of Directors. Carl, who is currently Senior Director, Technology Transformation at Manac, brings extensive expertise in strategy, information technology, cybersecurity, and technology/digital transformation.
He holds an MBA in corporate management and a Université Laval bachelor of engineering, and is in the process of obtaining a certificate in corporate governance. His diversified involvement as a director, notably with Réseau Action TI, reflects his strong commitment to the development of professional organizations.
Deeply convinced that engineering is an ideal means to shape a better society, Carl takes on his new role determined to amplify the positive impact of engineering. Having profited from the services, activities, training and promotions offered by Genium360, he aspires to broaden their reach, notably by increasing the participation of engineers of every generation from every region of Québec. JOE HADDAD, MBA
Genium360 is proud to announce the appointment of Joe Haddad, MBA, to its Board of Directors. With an MBA in Global Strategy and Leadership from McGill University, Joe is currently Senior Director—Finance Transformation at KPMG.
Joe was a director of the Young Directors of the Institute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations (JAIGOPP) from 2020 to 2022. Its objectives include promoting interaction between students and professionals, the inclusion of promising young talent, and providing quality training programs in governance.
Drawing on his network within Montréal’s English-speaking universities, Joe will promote inclusion and excellence, ensuring that Genium360 remains a catalyst for innovation and success for tomorrow’s engineers. His skills in strategy, business intelligence, budgeting and forecasting, combined with his passion for education, will be invaluable assets to the Board.

ISABELLE MURRAY, P.Eng., M.Sc.A.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Isabelle Murray, P.Eng., M.Sc.A. to Genium360’s Board of Directors. Isabelle, Senior Forensic Engineer and Regional Director, Montréal, at CEP Forensics, brings two decades of commitment to Genium360, along with solid expertise in strategy, management and governance.
With extensive academic training in chemical and materials engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, Isabelle excels in forensic engineering, where her curiosity combined with her rigour has driven her to successfully identify the complex causes of loss claims and accidents.
A fervent Genium360 promoter, Isabelle is driven by a desire to help align the organization’s strategic objectives with the evolving needs of the profession and its members. Her passion for the holistic development of engineers will guide her role as a director. ANGY NZENGI NGYADISA, P.Eng., M.Eng., M.Sc.M., PMP
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Angy Nzengi Ngyadisa, P.Eng, M.Eng, M.Sc.M., PMP, to the Genium360 Board of Directors.
Thanks to his strong academic background and years of professional experience, notably as Director of Engineering at Air Liquide, Angy has developed in-depth expertise in strategy, budget/finance management, project and asset portfolio management, team management and development, and change management.
Angy holds a joint master’s degree in engineering, with a specialization in mechanical engineering, from Centrale Lille (France) and Polytechnique Mons (Belgium). In addition to his academic achievements in engineering, he also obtained a master’s degree in management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management (Belgium).
His commitment to diversity and inclusion in the engineering profession helps create a strong, inclusive community. His passion for engineering, fueled by his scientific curiosity and constant desire for innovation, are invaluable assets for Genium360.

VINCENT ABSI
Genium360 is proud to announce the appointment of Vincent Absi to its permanent staff as Coordinator, Training and Professional Development.
Since May 29, 2023, Vincent has been coordinating all activities related to Genium360 members’ training and professional development, including job offers, online continuing education, webinars and professional events. He is the main point of contact for Genium360 members and organizations wishing to participate in these activities, and strives to provide them with the best possible customer experience.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in theatre from Concordia University and a certificate in international cooperation from Université de Montréal, Vincent has a rich, diversified background, having spent 10 years as a theatre stage manager before accumulating an additional 10 years of experience in administrative coordination for the Dr. Julien Foundation (2014–2019) and the Canadian Cancer Society (2019–2021), among others.
Solution-oriented, Vincent quickly demonstrated his ability to work as part of a team and improve processes and working methods in his new role at Genium360. His determination and curiosity make him a valuable colleague for the team.

With a solid academic background including a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a certificate in electrical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, and an MBA from Université de Sherbrooke, Éric Lalancette brings a wide range of skills in management, project management, business development and human resources recruiting and retention.

Her vast experience in the practice of law, her in-depth knowledge of governance, and her ability to create a sense of trust and belonging will be essential assets for the organization’s development. DANIEL BOILEAU
Genium360 welcomes Daniel Boileau to its permanent staff as Senior Advisor for Partnerships and Business Development.
With a bachelor’s degree in economics from UQAM, Mr. Boileau has worked for over 20 years in the development and implementation of commercial and operational strategies at the local and international levels.
With an impressive track record, including 15 years at Aéroports de Montréal (1992–2007), stints with Air Canada and Transport Canada and, most recently, Kéroul, Daniel Boileau has developed solid analytical skills combined with communications expertise that enables him to rally and mobilize partners to achieve common goals.
Attentive to customer needs and recognized throughout the business community, Mr. Boileau will play a central role with Genium360’s partners, implementing sales and operational strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.

ALAIN BIDJERANO
Genium360 is proud to announce the appointment of Alain Bidjerano as Associate Director, Marketing and Digital Transformation.
With over 25 years’ experience in digital innovation, marketing, brand positioning, e-commerce, communications and advertising, he will support the team in the development of the organization’s digital platforms, as well as the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Alain Bidjerano worked for several years in agencies (2001–2011) as consulting director/strategy director to major organizations such as Via Rail, RDS, La Caisse de dépôt, V, etc., for whom he developed business and digital marketing strategies.
He was previously head of web communications at TV5 Québec Canada (1997–2001), director of marketing and digital communications at Radio-Canada (2011–2016) and marketing director at Mitacs (2018–2022).
Since 2016, Alain Bidjerano has been teaching his favourite subject, digital marketing: at inis—the Institut national de l'image et du son (2016-2019), at Collège Bois-de-Boulogne (2017-2020), and since 2020, at Cumberland College.
Alain Bidjerano holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication sciences from the Université de Montréal.

MARYLÈNE FERGUSON
Genium360 is proud to announce the appointment of Marylène Ferguson to its permanent staff as Director, Strategy and Operations.
With a bachelor’s degree in communications from UQAM, Ms. Ferguson has acquired over 15 years’ experience in managing and coaching transformation projects, mainly within SMEs and NPOs, including organizational diagnostics, strategic planning, project management, and process improvement.
For the past year at Genium360, Ms. Ferguson has been responsible for managing internal affairs, supporting management in monitoring and strengthening the team, consolidating the business plan, developing communications, planning projects, and enhancing partnerships.
Since her arrival, Marylène has become a driving force at Genium360, thanks to her human qualities of listening and openness, as well as her great ability to assimilate, analyze, adapt and make decisions.
In just one year, Ms. Ferguson has won the confidence of management and rallied the team with her hard work, energy and courage. She has already left a positive mark on Genium360, and her deep commitment will undoubtedly continue to make a difference as the organization pursues its constructive transformation.

ALEXANDRE PICHÉ, P.Eng., M.Eng.
After completing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a master’s degree in Engineering Management at the University of Sherbrooke, Alexandre Piché spent 15 years building a successful career at Ubisoft and developing his skills in product strategy and management, project management, team management, software development, and video game production technologies.
Mr. Piché replaces Mr. Jérôme Jobin as a member of the Board of Directors. Alexandre hopes to “contribute to making Genium360 a key player by developing services and partnerships that meet the needs and reflect the values of its members. Hand-in-hand with my fellow Board members and the permanent staff, I want to collaborate by offering my expertise and experience in management and IT to ensure that the strategic plan is implemented and the organization continues to thrive.”

CHARLES JACOB
After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, Charles Jacob pursued a career as a manager at two major organizations in the digital world: Ubisoft and Unity Technology. Mr. Jacob began his 3rd two-year term by being elected Chairman of the Board following the General Meeting of Members on November 25, 2021.

MICHEL BARBIER, M.A.P.
Genium360 is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michel Barbier as General Manager of Genium360, a service corporation for Québec’s engineering professionals. The new GM takes over from Ms. Ariane Laverdure, who held the position from January 2020.
Holder of a master’s degree in Public Administration, Mr. Barbier has extensive management experience. For 25 years, he worked his way up in recreation services, first for the city of LeMoyne, then for Saint-Lambert. He has managed large-scale projects, modernized work methods and implemented bold policies and programs.
For the past 2 years, Mr. Barbier has been General Manager of Kéroul, a key player in Québec’s tourism and accessibility communities, where he laid a solid foundation for the organization’s future.
With clear, well-established values such as respect, integrity and excellence, Michel Barbier will work to clearly communicate issues and rally employees, partners and stakeholders to achieve the objectives of Genium360’s 2021–2024 strategic plan.
