Royalties from these products and services fund the AGIR program, a philanthropic initiative that contributes to the advancement of technological and social innovation in Québec in response to the challenges of tomorrow.
Through the AGIR program, more than $5 million over ten years will be returned to the community to support the development of a collective intelligence driving society toward a brighter future.
These investments strengthen the engineering community's ability to cultivate an environment that encourages achievement and excellence, and highlights the crucial role of engineering professionals and students in creating an innovative Québec.

A bold vision of supporting Québec's engineering ecosystem
Thanks to its rigorous financial management and the strong appeal of its community of over 100,000 engineering professionals, Genium360 found itself in a privileged and unusual position for a not-for-profit organization. This unique situation called for a choice consistent with the organization's values.
Faced with this unique opportunity, the decision for Genium360 was obvious: reinvest the organization’s surpluses in the community that generated them. Thus was born AGIR, an innovative philanthropic program that transforms the success of Genium360's commercial partnerships into a force for change in Québec's engineering ecosystem.
The program creates a remarkable multiplier effect: every service used by our members generates income that is reinvested in the community, while our partners, inspired by this approach, have increased their contributions to the program. In less than a year and a half, this virtuous circle has already injected close to a million dollars into promising projects, in the form of sponsorships, bursaries and donations.
What began as a reinvestment initiative has grown into a mushrooming movement, mobilizing ever more partners around a common vision: to bolster technological and social innovation in Québec. And this is just the beginning — the next few years will see this commitment multiply to further support initiatives that are shaping the future of Québec engineering.
