ARE THERE ANY ANNUAL OR MEMBERSHIP FEES?
Membership is free and there is no annual fee.
IS THERE AN EXPIRY DATE ATTACHED TO MY MEMBERSHIP?
No, there is no expiration date, you are a member for life*!
Your membership will only be terminated if you no longer wish to be part of Genium360.
*For students, on the condition of graduation or membership in the OIQ or OIFQ.
WHO CAN JOIN?
ACTIVE AND FORMER OIQ MEMBERS AND THOSE WITH A BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING FROM A CANADIAN UNIVERSITY
What supporting evidence is accepted?
- Proof of graduation from a Canadian university in a program accredited by the Engineers Canada Accreditation Board.
- Your active OIQ membership number in the Order's online directory or a copy of your OIQ dues receipt.
STUDENT WITH A BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING OR FORESTRY ENGINEERING FROM A QUÉBEC UNIVERSITY
What supporting evidence is accepted?
- Proof of attendance for the current semester, attesting that you are studying in a bachelor's program in engineering or forestry engineering at a Québec university under section 1.08 or 1.21 of the Regulation respecting the diplomas issued by designated educational institutions.
- Your proof must include:
- The name of the Québec university
- Your full name
- The name of the engineering program
- The session in progress
- Accepted documents: transcript of grades, cumulative report card, transcript of registration, proof of attendance or of registration, invoice.
- Documents not accepted: letter of admission, resume, student card.
